Always good to walk. I am determined to start walking again. It is key to wellbeing.
I used to walk 30+min to & from walk and walk every opportunity I get.

I dodged showers today mostly successfully and clocked up 14 545 steps. Looking forward to stepping out somewhere different over the weekend. Hope you all get a chance to do the same.

Hope the walkers haven’t slacked off today. I did just over 21 000 steps -15 kms. My son came over for dinner and both kids and I walked the dog afterwards. It was a lovely way to end the day.
If I didn’t have a dog, this would be me

I know the feeling @Former-Member. I now try to stop her and there and take in the beauty around me. Smell the roses, enjoy watching some birds, look at the sky. The woman who runs a Meditation workshop that I am attending calls this micro meditation.
