Was never a huge fan of chorizo. Never lived up to the hype
Can't beat a good sav or Frank. Finding one not so easy tho @plasmo

yeah , had never heard of that one @plasmo my recollection of best curried sausages was that they were fat ,skins still soft and possibly pork.(from Army 45 years ago) now Taste recipe says thin, beef and brown them. they have no clue and rave on about how nice it is without knowing they are doing it all wrong, its still alright just the way I said is wayy better
used to live near italian butcher for years, was never impressed by their smallgoods, no taste, too dry , half fat , and they were prob exactly how they wanted it. German best lol just a matter of finding what you want. So much crap on shelves in eg Foodland. can get mettwurst in Kalgoorlie eg, but its the worst of the worst people are stupid as said.
