Re: Hot Chocolate Anyone ?

Awesome information thankyou

Re: Hot Chocolate Anyone ?

Hey there @PeppyPatti 🙂💜🌺

How are you today my friend? 🙂

The strong bonds we hold through sharing our hardship coping, and when we aren’t coping, builds in us as individuals and in us as a group, resilience…from the foundations up 🙂🫂🌺💜

I’m really proud to be a member of these forums - I recommend the threads to anyone I feel could benefit…but what’s the most important part in that..?
The most important part is, I get the privilege of saying how much care, compassion, and validation lives here..actually lives here, in our posts..every single day 🤗🌺💜

Maybe we can’t fix everything, but living within that place is eased by sharing and caring that happens right here 💜🦩🙂🌺

Re: Hot Chocolate Anyone ?

Re: Hot Chocolate Anyone ?

How does it feel to you @Shaz51 that the diagnosis of ASD ?

The carers and loved ones should always be taken in consideration

Re: Hot Chocolate Anyone ?

Dearest @PinkFlamingo

Yes I thought for a few years I was good, I didn't need Sane Forums. I genuinely worked very hard on the posts and read Psychoanalytical books 📚 but I was done and fine.

Also my marriage took everything out of me. Poor poor Mr Buddha and his schizophrenia diagnosis.

But he was suffocating me nor could he love me properly.

After gone and divorced for 4 years I realised what I didn't  need high flaunting university degrees, not high paying jobs, I just needed to focus on the soul and being compassionate.

So I came back.

What has really helped me out is therapy and lately listening to

The top 5 regrets of the Dying by Bronnie Ware.

Beautiful beautiful audible.
