Nice @Mazarita Lavendar is calming as well as cleansing. I actually meant lavendar coloured wisteria. Looks beautiful draping down from the lillies.

@CheerBear, I hope the magnolia blooms for you soon too. Keeping your chill sounds like a good move while waiting for news, hoping it's helpful news for you. Great that yoga eases your mind too. Cool to know November is the frangipani time. Looking forward to it! On a tangent, I have not seen one whale this season, which goes from May to November. They've been dredging sand all over the place up here and I think it may have kept them further out from shore. I like knowing they are out there though.
@eth, your flower arrangement sounds gorgeous. Yes, I'm missing a few distinctions this morning, still sleepy really. May head back to it soon.

dealing with alot of emotions today and flashbacks that im havng alot of trouble controlling or doing anything about.
my plans arent really a whole heap, trying to run from my pain but it isnt working.
ive been using my coping strategies so far and will have to go to work soon but will only take me a few hours to do. at least ill be busy
