Hi @Dreamy
Different day, same sh1t i guess. 😑
Yesterday wasn't exactly 'optimal' but i have a few tasks i need to get done today so it should keep me busy and allow my mind to have a break from everything else. I have my GP appointments this week and i'm quite anxious about it. I know I need to be more assertive with what is going on and ask him for help with it. I really hate the thought of it, it's definitely something 'i have very little experience in' so to speak. I know it's important and now is definitely the time, but well, we'll see how i go. He's be great so far this year so i'm just sort of hoping he talks about it first and i just have to say "Yes please, thank for you organizing all this for me. Here's a chocolate!" Well, we both know that last bit wont happen, I would have eaten the chocolate long before i got there. 😂
How are things in Dreamy-land? Feel free not to answer, or just swear. Which ever is easiest.

@MJG017 oh I feel that. Except today is just a much harder day.
Glad you have some tasks to get done, it will hopefully be a good distraction for you. Ahh the gp appointments, I get that anxiety of being assertive but you really deserve all the support possible right now and it sounds like your gp has been good so hopefully that continues. I have my appointment tomorrow and I'm dreading it at the moment but I know I really need it. I also have an appointment on Wednesday that's going to break me, that's the one where I have to relive all the trauma. If you have chocolates, don't share them, eat them all yourself 😂.

All I can really say is just try and join me in the "today is just another Sunday, and there's definitely no specific occasion for it" club. It's nice in here. You'll like it. Pets allowed of course.

@Dreamy I love that he's chilled. Sounds like he's going to be one of those easy doggas, easy to train.

@Dreamy what kind of training will he need to have to be a support dog?
