Mental Illness Fellowship Northern Territory

Hi all, I thought I would post for support over the next week as Greg , our 3 teenage kids and myself head up the coast to visit family. Anxiety is all over the place as I agreed to visit overnight at my parents house at which there are so many triggers for PTSD. I have to keep the mantra, it's only 1 night a year! What's the celebration then, cousins for the kids. I keep the contact only so my kids can know their cousins! And I love love love driving in the country and climbing Mt warning and a visit to Byron bay are all on the itinerary! This forum is becoming a very encouraging place to be over the last 2 weeks.
