sorry kurra - i dont know if im just being paranoid. im losing my mind in so many ways at the moment. im so low and scared. im losing my psych as shes moving and its so ahrd. theres so much goign on in my life and i am not up to the task at all. i know there are options but they all seem so hard and with so manyy things blocking the road. i just want to give up i want to be gone now.

Who is walking through this with you @Former-Member ?  Has the pdoc been able to recommend social support of any kind ?  Have you found a gp you can relate to ?
