thought aruyveda was yoga @Former-Member ?
um thought had feed neuropathy, took magnesium supplement seemed to help. also thought had that other foot thing ok plantar fascitis, that disappeared too, who knows
yeah most of time not different re diverticulitis, but last couple days playing up, too much movement used to give me dioarrhea, got like cramps 3 times over last couple days and have to run to toilet, not loose but not fun and 3-4x in a row so may as well stay in toilet then like nothing happened, sometimes can see little balls look hard, round like sheep poo, been is 'pockets' for god knows how long til gets infected or whatever
