Yes I am copying @tyme who can may be able to raise it to somebody to spread word among correct communities
The way you communicated [to Till23 dog] was perfect and all animals including us humans do find ways to live with deafness and blindness. You build such strong bonds when we can overcome any access communication issues.
I have found this forum so good. I just hope that NDIS will fund everyone with similar disabilities so everyone can access this and not feel so alone.

@tymeif @NightFury uses a good epoxy adhesive, like araldite it should be fine, especially if it's just on the timber as only the metal part would be super hot in use.

Totally agree. I've run training sessions on communication - to support people to allow ALL to access the right to communication. It's a basic human right.
I am a strong advocate for this.
I know someone who is blind but can build tables, cubbies, fix things... he is sooo handy. He built an entire kitchen - the carpentry behind it... the only thing different he uses is a talking tape measure.
