Re: Night Shift

Great thanks Shaz.  I don't get to spend nearly enough time in the Forums as a general rule so I've been enjoying being here the last couple of days.  So nice to see how people are going.

Re: Night Shift

Thanks @PeppiPatty & @Former-Member... Hugs....

Hi all...

Went for a 4km non stop run this morning - then 1km walk... Exhausted, but more from the neck & shoulder pain I've been getting for over a week - gives me headaches too... Taking lots of painkillers & anti-inflammatory meds - probably need a new pillow (mine is 8 years old) - partner's pillow is 5 or 6 years old & is slightly better - both were expensive pillows... Maybe I need a massage? Can't afford either...

Namaste,

A

Re: Night Shift

Hi @Former-Member

It sounds like it’s been a tough week. And not getting any better with the neck pain. You mentioned a few days ago that you were emotionally exhausted but not physically. Will being a bit more worn out physically today help you rest, both emotionally and physically?

It sounds like you’ve been feeling depressed for a few days and with the physical pain you’re concerned that you’ll start thinking about suicide. I just wanted to check in about some of the strategies you’ve used in the past to manage your pain, and also your thoughts about suicide. Is there something you can thinking about doing now?

I saw you bought The Help. I read that one a couple of years ago. It’s an absorbing read and perhaps a bit lighter after the law thrillers, but still thought provoking. I hope you enjoy it.

Wasnt being told how and where to drive by husband

Love him but......love the person not the condition.

thinking about Sanrforum friends,

where my art is going.......

And I realised why my son wants to live with me......

my husband was extremely angry because of his condition for a long long time hense.....l

 jail sentences,

non compliance in using medicatin

kicked out of all rentals

drug use alcohol use.

My son LOVES my husband.....I think hr is here to find someone he can identify with.....the condition thing..My son's condition is strange and so is my husband......

my hub and me had a talk and we are thinking along the same lines......we will see what happens but my hub. will make more of an effort with him.
