not tooo bad.. went out to sent up an appointment, get there and i'm anxious and stuff

Try to steady your breathing when that happens @plasmo .... deep regulated breaths help to calm the anxiety responses in your body, hopefully making you a little more comfortable in the moment ....

That's what I learned anyway.  We have had a lot of stressful circumstances to deal with across a long period of time.  I have had lots of chance to practice .... 😏
