Making the NDIS and Public Trustees work for you is a challenge, but stick it out and I hope you come up a winner.

Thankyou @Ralph . Well worth reading.

Re: Writing As A Form Of Therapy

@Silenus hey good morning, hope the bushfires settled your place. You are a great writer ,meaningful ,insightful and kind. I am a bit anxious this morning. Hope it settled soon. Take care.

Re: Writing As A Form Of Therapy

I’m locked inside a prison

With no crime that is my own

I’ve done the things that SHOULD breakthrough

And feeling more alone

It seems my prisons everywhere I go

I need no lock and key

The chains are tightly wrapped around

The shadow that was me

What is there to freedom

When the chains still bind my mind

What is there to reason

When non near can be found

People everywhere I go

My pain I dare no show

How did I find this place

Where lost and lonely go

Though I’d run far from this place

There’s nowhere I can see

My pain will only follow

To this prison inside me

Re: Writing As A Form Of Therapy

That knocked my socks off that poem.

I rarely use Sane and I am computer or what I use, phone, semi litterate,

I fumble in the dark.

Lost all my left frontal lobe 20 years ago, was a big farmer then, now a small farmer.

I do what I do, sit in the car in the Woolworth’s car park for 4 hours.

      MADNESS

  madness climbs it’s

  ugly ladder,

  sadness crawls it,

  depression grabs it,

  do I want its

  ravages of rage.

@Maggie

We sing from the same side of the car park

Re: Writing As A Form Of Therapy

Hi @Former-Member

You've posted in Writing as  Form of Therapy so I'm not sure if your post indicates your current frame of mind or if it is a creative expression of feelings/thoughts that are familiar to you from the past? I might just send you an email to connect with you that way and check that you're ok.

Take care

Walking in the dark

mind set

a teenager

Sitting at the pool

mind set

a woman

millions of thoughts

to end my life

many years

will they ever

go away
