I’m ok @eth. Just a little speechless at the moment. I’m having a very scatterbrained day where I can’t remember anything and can’t focus, thus my just liking (supporting) posts for now. I have lots on my mind which I’m hoping to make peace with soon. How’s that for not saying anything 😳:face_with_rolling_eyes:

@Bunniekins, Good luck for Friday. It’s usually as never as bad as we think but it always causes a massive amount of fear and insecurity before. Stay brave pea, you’ve got this. You’re a super sweet pea. 💜🤗

Hi @CheerBear, thanks for your response to my question. I like reading your longer posts. Really glad you were able to convey to the MH worker what your priorities are at this time. Sounds promising that you will be looking at revised goals at the next meetup. My reverse psychology ploy worked a treat today. Did lots of stuff, walked about 2.5km, art group, washing and more. Feels so much better to do something with my days.

Hi @eth, thanks for letting us know how you went with the EMDR today. The process of setting up safe mind places to return to if things get too difficult, sounds like a good thing. I like the sound of how your psychologist is setting things up. Great that you were able to share with her about things you've not said before. I hear you about fearing that joy may be hypomania. What I mostly watch out for is getting too excited. Hypomania and mania always seem to come with physical tension for me, so I try to do breathing and relaxation exercises if I notice I'm getting that way. Relaxed joy (if that's a thing) is what I hope for these days, perhaps more than that, contentment.
