@Shaz51 I went the my last session of my CAT group and have given my number to one of the women there who I became quite friendly with. Maybe she will text and we can go out for coffee or a walk ... who knows but I made the step and that was huge!
I am glad you are having a rest tomorrow. I missed why your mother was in hospital ... is she okish?

I am trying a new approach to managing my time on the forum. One day on and one day off. So far it feels good for me and I am getting other computer things done.
Take care

@Shaz51 Did you mean NDIS or is NDSS something different - if it's NDIS that's fantastic news. Sorry to hear about your mum. And fingers crossed for you tomorrow!
@Bunniekins good for you making a new friend. That's wonderful.

What does NDSS stand for @Shaz51? Is it a good thing?
Hi @Appleblossom sounds like your plan is working for you. Lately I've been delaying coming on in the mornings and looking for at least 1 thing irl that needs doing before I get online. And often 1 thing leads to another. I do need to be more engaged in the world and won't get that by being online so many hours a day.
