Re: A Life of Trauma and Tragedy (Possibly Triggering Content)

@Emelia8  thinking of you very much in your terrible grief. I want to say Well Done for your self care in not applying to become a CG at this time. I see you on the support button and am hoping that you still feel connected by doing so, even though it must be too painful and draining to post. We all care about you lots and are concerned for you. Sending much 💜 and care...

Re: A Life of Trauma and Tragedy (Possibly Triggering Content)

My beautiful Em. Sending you love, strength, light and hugs. I cannot imagine what you are going through right now but I am so very proud of you for trying to get back to some sort of normalcy. Taking care of you and Holly is your new norm which I know will take some time to get use to.
just remember you are beautiful, you are special, you matter, you are worthy and you are loved by so so many of us.
@Emelia8  keep taking care of you. You are always in my thoughts my love. 💐💜

Re: A Life of Trauma and Tragedy (Possibly Triggering Content)

Dear @Emelia8

I have not known that you have been going through so much for some time now on top of what you were learning to live with from earlier years.

I am sorry that I have not been here for you. I was just not able to be on the forums as I had so much sadness and loss in other ways.

Grief is complicated.

I wonder if you might try, not thinking too much for small moments each day apart from the medical side of your life at present that you need to plan.

Small moments where all of us who are grieving past, present and imminent loss, can feel held momentarily.

This I want to offer you, at the same time understand if it does not sit comfortably with you.

I wish that I could just sit with you, hold your hand if you like, or just be together letting time pass over as we truly be ourselves.

love to you @Emelia8

Please slow down and be very gentle with yourself.

You do you.

love Sophia💜
