Re: Carers under 30...

How is your finger coming along @outlander?

Re: Carers under 30...

Very slowly @Former-Member i just had xrays done again and it looks like its healing better now its being treated properly. My physio exercise atm is everyday take the cast off and stroke a towel. A soft towel feels like im rubbing it on a cheese grater because of the nerve damages. I wont know much more till i see the specialist but i might be able to finally start to move it even just a little bit within the next week or so.
Thank you for asking.

How are you going?

Re: Carers under 30...

Relatively steady @outlander here, how are things with you?

Re: Carers under 30...

Thats good @Former-Member things are ok with pop so far a few things here and there but have them under control. Im abit all over the shop atm but my hand is finally healing. Ive only got what looks like a hairline fracture now. Ive been able to take the cast off but still have the splint. I just wear the cast when theres a chance of knocking it more like the horses. So atm im just getting abit of the nerves to work which is very painful. Her exercise for me is to stroke my finger on something soft like a quilt cover or a soft towel just to get abit of touch feeling in my finger again.
