O if for opening our eyes (and ears) to clouds, birds, trees, plant life, nature. How healing it is to do this I find.

Immerse yourself in Nature. Sit near the water. Listen to the sounds. Feel the sun and breeze on your skin. Smell the flowers, the eucalyptus. What birds, insects, animals can you see or hear

Hug a loved one.
Pat and cuddle your pet.
Stroke or wear an outfit that you like the touch of.
Feel the grass. Feel the heat on your hands as you hold a cup of coffee.
Hug a tree.
Give yourself a hug. Have a massage.
