 Went to the doctor today with a mucky throat @Former-Member ..... turns out it’s a virus ..... and that helps to explain why I have been feeling run down this week.

Bit tired too, did not sleep so well last night. Dosing up on lemon @Faith-and-Hope?

Haven’t been sleeping well for some time ..... we have a choc-treat ritual at bed time to work around, which means the first half of the night on the couch for me usually.

Others have come from LE-forum initially, but they visit here too - @Adge @outlander @@Former-Member @Queenie .... some because they are self-carers without family or partner support.

This side of the forums tends to be less turbulent ..... at least the turbulence is of a different nature.
