Re: Falling apart

hugs @Faith-and-Hope your leaky day is fair enough, and perhaps will help to wash away a little of the build up so that you can refocus on tonight. you have reason enough to have a leaky day. sitting with you, and hoping for special moments with your family for you tonight.

Re: Falling apart

Hope you feel better tomorrow @Faith-and-Hope. xox

Re: Falling apart

@Faith-and-Hope christmas can be such a difficult time of year. My mr. Feels like he has no one this year so it makes it hard. I feel for him. Thoughts are with you today. I do hope that tomorrow is much better for you.

@PeppiPatty mr had first day today of medication and first night last night of sleeping tablets. He had asked me to stay over. So trying to self care this morning was a little difficult but i managed some me time outside for a few hours with a coffee and a book. Mr has gone for some me time now. He really wanted a massage so he has gone for one. Im enjoy the quiet whilst i await his return.

Re: Falling apart

Yes sitting in a cafe with nice people would be better than my dark house.

I've had a blackout since 10.30am - won't get power back till 3pm (4.5 hours).

Why so long & so often?

Re: Falling apart

@dands26 - I have just saw your thread today, and wanted to say hello. You seem to have an incredible strength, resilience and love of/for your partner. From what I have read, I like you a lot. Just wanted to let you know that. It takes special people to stand by someone they love with a mental illness and be supportive.
