Hey @tk5

Thank you for your post here on the Forums and welcome to the community!

I hear that you don't remember things so well and I know I have a poor memory as part of my diagnosis too so I can relate. What are some things that you can do to help you remember these day-to-day things in your life?

Take care

Re: questiong my sanity

@tk5 hi- i had to get a quote for blinds.  the lady went to the wrong house and started measuring it.  the person at the house was like "what are you doing" she realised and drove to the right house where I was waiting for her.  She said "that has never happened to me before".

On #medtwitter people are talking about this a lot how their co-workers and people around them are forgetting things, affecting their work, families.  It is not just you.  It is happening everywhere.  Have you had covid by any chance?  It does affect the brain.  I personally think that is the reason.  Wear an N95, open doors and windows, invest in an air purifier, avoid crowded areas.  You would not drink dirty water, so dont breathe in dirty air.  Covid is airborne.  It builds up in a room like smoke, so you need to open windows to dissipate the aerosols.
