i noticed the helpline is open today... i thought it was only open monday-fridays- did you guys open it on weekends too?

It should state on the homepage that it is only open Monday - Friday 10am - 10pm. Where did you notice it is open now?

it was open in the get help section and it said 'launch chat' and also at the top of the page next to the helplines number @mufasa

I tried to write but it’s nit working. I’ve just ripped some pages with my pen. It’s too negative. I’m struggling to sit with this emotion. 

I’m so hopeless. I should just go. Im angry st myself.

maybe scribbling on some paper would be helpful? @BlueBay or trying to draw what your feeling?
sometimes when your feeling angry, for me i find throwing pairs of socks at the wall helpful.
maybe that would help you too?
