Something’s not right

Re: I can’t cope

Hey @Captain24 ,

I wanted to check in with you to see how you are travelling today?

Thinking of you.

Re: I can’t cope

Sorry to hear @Captain24 .

Have we done something or said to something which makes you think we feel you are not worth anything or not worth supporting?

You deserve to be supported. Perceived rejection hurts. I've felt it in the past.

Yet it's also an opportunity to stand.

You CAN do it. I recognise it is hard. I recognise it feels like everything is wrong. Yet you are the author of your story.

What do you ideally want your story to look like?

Re: I can’t cope

I feel like it @tyme. But I guess that’s just me.

I just want to be content in life. That’s all I ask and be worth caring for.

Re: I can’t cope

I'm hearing you @Captain24  - honestly.

Your request to be content is very valid and reasonable. Your mind may be telling you it cannot be achieved. Our brains like to do this.

Yet continue to sing these thoughts away. I know it sounds silly and can take a lot of effort, but it works.

Here for you my dear

Re: I can’t cope

Thanks @tyme

After you call the police on someone do you check if they are ok? or do you not think they are worth it as they are obviously a problem.

Is there separate standards if people live alone?

Re: I can’t cope

Just looked at the time. I guess you are gone. I don’t need you to answer anyway. It’s already been shown to me twice now.

Thanks for everything you have done for me.
