just took thyroid meds so cant eat or drink for 30mins, so I obsess about it lol @plasmo set a timer for coffee, ha ha.

might check tv ina bit.  swim today found out in carpark @ rehab place as got there, then dietician after got home. was going to go on a bender yest. turned into AFD instead and well, still have to try shorts to see if fit still. first 2 pairs cant, think 3rd where way bigger, so fingers crossed lol. plus should do some shopping in between appts , not run off home feeling sore and avoiding it like yest lol

yeah a big chicken schnitzel would be good. dont know if sed, got Uber eats in pirie now,wonder what it would take for them to come here lol like a$100 order ha ha

sometimes i wonder if should have got a place there.not a fan of pollution tho. no takeaway here whatsoever, ok unless go to pub and not into going to local pub here anymore @plasmo

yeh that's what puts me off pirie, i looked at some nice places near there, would have to go into pirie to shop tho. i gotta sort other stuff first.

yeah not looked in a few years , but prices there gone up heaps now think @plasmo still see cheapos around where I am, but def on verge of falling down/dungeons lol wil have a look in a minute. laura and gladstone look alright, depends how far fm adelaide yr okay with

yeh looked at laura was some crazy art studio for sale. all seems a long way off

yeah jus tlooked gone up heaps in pirie 3 years ago were lots places under/around 100k now only a couple and they are dungeons/murder scenes lol @plasmo
