Re: Night Shift

Is it something you need to say something about to the person responsible?
Or will you let it slide?
I often find confronting people worse than the thing that went wrong though.... 😭

Re: Night Shift

yeah it would be ll my fault if i did, so i can't really

Re: Night Shift

That sucks plasmo.
Don't let it eat you up,
Accept that some people just don't get right and wrong and won't do the right thing.

Re: Night Shift

yeah just have to let it go. sucks i'm always on the receiving end

Re: Night Shift

Hi @Former-Member I have been SH'ng and feeling suicidal my Psychiatrist is dealing with me well. But I can't share with my husband. I just can't go there. Previously he has been angry at me for not thinking of the kids. Several times today I have tried to think of a way out. I have been overusing some meds to try and feel better meaning I can't drive so I invented sone cocknand bull story about a change in meds meaning I cant drive! I'm doing 1 right thing and not putting others in danger.

Re: Night Shift

Oh @Angels333, I feel for you.
I know it's what everyone says, but is there something that you can do right now that would help.... probably not more meds though.
I'm quite partial to curling up in a ball and not moving for a few hours. (I think I spent most of my hospital experience in bed!)
Would a walk help? Or some knitting?
When do you speak to your psych next?

Re: Night Shift

Oh @plasmo, it sucks, so much do I know it sucks. Are you sure you haven't been talking to my siblings by any chance? I'm always in the wrong with them.
Any chance of going out for dinner still?

Re: Night Shift

Thanks for replying @Former-Member

I know my psych is a bit concerned he saw me Thursday, and I was completely wasted on the new meds then he asked me back on Friday and hexwants to see me tomorrow also.

Re: Night Shift

Re: Night Shift

@plasmo, that's good that you've got things to do. I got a bit lost this weekend when all my plans were cancelled.
Also... can I ask a question that's made me wonder for weeks - where does your name come from?
I keep imagining plasma and blood, and I imagine you're a nurse or haematology technician? But I'm sure I'm wrong!
