uh, yeah, it's like got on a train here and arrived at ..cardiologist appt today, only been 7months in coming .. lolololo .. 

wouldnt it be great if they finally found something that they thought they could fix and it involved getting my metabolism back .. ha ha .. no great hopes TBH ... @StuF  could have slept the whole day today, never been so hard to get out of bed as an hour ago here. Anyway, am showered and almost ready to roll here. can get shopping forgot last time and try and remember face unit for car radio this time ..Mr .. sheez. this is the least like a Friday a friday has ever felt.  oh , got that easy unit had to to again for course maked off. barely got past my name re this fortnights . little interest lol, its fantasy form-filling TAFE style oh whats yr imaginary class? how did you help Johnny who cant read (re song ha ha ) etc
