I definitely find that yoga helps me in managing my rather difficult and chaotic emotions. I've never done a single class, but I have found there are heaps of videos out there that I follow along with. I think this is the best site I've come across:
https://www.doyogawithme.com/ I haven't joined up or anything, I just make use of the many free videos available. I would like to do a class...but I'm a bit shy. The whole yoga pants thing just doesn't appeal to me at all!!!
This conversation (along with the one I had with my psychologist on Monday) inspired me to take another look at TRE videos on youtube and I had a play around with that this morning too. Like you, I need as many tools as I can get in my toolkit.

...off to hatha yoga soon!!
My favorite yoga is hot vinyasa! Hot = infrared heating of 32-35 C, Vinyasa = flow (the most energetic, cardio style I do!)
