Maybe after this hump of silly employers: that you could start a thread of having BPD and speaking a sentence of positive self talk and rewards you can give to yourself ?
I know people with the dehabilitating condition of BPD. Don't know if many know of the positive self talk ?
I'll check it out and get back to you

@PeppiPatty I'm will add that to my emotional discipline thread, I have been setting my challenges for the day and giving myself rewards, now I dont feel I need the rewards too much as the reward is coping!
But I havent done one on positive self talk, so far its been controlling rage, negative talk, victim talk and staying calm BUT at the moment I'm just taking one emotion at a time so I can achieve something and feel good about it to keep me going. Once I feel more confident I will add a heap together for a day etc.
At the moment my challenges for today is to keep calm and not let work stress me out too much and to keep calm when I get home with all the crap there.
Thanks @Heart I'm calm I think my problem is tiredness but I will get through today.

I'm having panic attacks because I need to see my only job this week and ......theres so much going on in my little home. I live in public housing and thanx to the local silly billy 60 year old who needs money constantly for his illiciet drug intake: he has turned against me because I told him that I see him and he's taking advantage of my good nature and he's turning all the sweet old ladies against me.
(Groan)
Im drawing, drawing, pictures...doing anything creative do take it out of me.....

I was thunking that we ....everyone can read a good description of BPD and take it from there. It would be really good if we look at your strengths in this paper.
The most important thing is that you get your home life calm. It's what I'm thinking because you don't go home to these silly billy bosses....
Your home is your castle, your secret haven for just you and your partner. If I didn't have my partner, wif all his condition and then, there's me with my condidtion......we can work through it because we both know what we need to do to stay calm.
Sometimes, my partner is not good. He is very .....hard. He has no idea on say, time. But this is his condidtion not him and we can work with it.
Maybe we can all read it and we can get through it together with your brilliant knowledge that you already have.
