So I just hit 'like ' for this Tuesdsys topic, Recognising and managing mania in bipolar' at 7pm..... But what is it? Is it a live feed thread? A webinar? Experts on a real time session? I don't actually get the concept.....

ive seen the topic Tuesday's around before and thought how good they have looked but being a bit lost.....

@Ayesha, you should get a notification in your email inbox when the time comes for the 'Topic Tuesday' discussion this coming Tuesday at 7pm AEDT. That's going to be 6pm for me (I'm in Queensland). To participate, you basically just do what you have already been doing with posting and replying as you want to the discussion. But this discussion is likely to be busy so you might want to 'refresh' the page regularly to see any new posts that have arrived as it goes along. That still might not be clear the way I've described it. If that's the case, just ask for a bit of extra help in that thread on the night if you need it.
