Last week  at the Library,  I was about to pay for my photocopying.  I'm  looking in my purse.  I see a gold coin ( I saw 2) - but I'm looking at it and trying to figure out whether it was a $2 or a $1 coin.  It was sitting next to a $1coin. It was the same size.  But that didn't mean anything to me.  It was a commemorative coin.  But my mind was blank.  I had no idea what it was worth.  In the end I handed it to the Librarian,  and asked her to tell me what it was. 

This hasn't happened before. But it scared me.
