Did you write that poem @utopia? It is really well written. It also gets so much emotion across, so I can feel the dark place you must be in.

Hi dear @utopia, 

A really beautiful expressive poem.  You write well luv.  You have a gift.

My dear Christian friend and I write prose and poetry by sms text to each other.  We have such silly fun, falling off our ponies we ride together etc lol.

As a remedy for depression, in the Bible ' it tells us to put on the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness.'  Yes praise the Lord, praise, praise, praise like the little birds praise in their morning song. 

Cheer up. I hope you feel better soon.  ' Laughter doth good like medicine'.

I'm sorry @utopia, I thought I had hit like on your poem's post. I was having problems during the recent snafu on the boards with likes (I had to click several times and sometimes it would 'like' and sometimes it wouldn't). Please don't think for a moment I didn't like it. I thought it explained the internal struggle so many of have here really really well.

No need to apologize @Queenie. SANE system going down for 2 days was bloody frustrating. We're probably not the best members of an online chat group - to be able to handle such stuff ups. Lol
