@Jynx i just realised that the counsellor never called me back this week like they said she would, it's sitting pretty heavy with me at the moment. You know, those thoughts of I'm too much for anyone to deal with and that I'm not able to be helped, that's what's going through my head. I can't even call on Monday to chase it up cos it's a public holiday. Thank goodness for Lego being a good distraction and for good company here.
