That is a great effort by you @outlander! When I go docs always told to relax...quite hard to do when you have a million things and worries in your head.

I keep bloody surprising myself how im still going with my studies, family responsibilities, horse responsibilities, caring responsibilities, dealing with counselling, apply for sa counselling , constant gp appointments, pelvix exams amd pelvic ultrasounds, the breast lump and the infection geezus what next!

its been 7 weeks since ive had my last period which i partly the reason i need to get other tests done during the pelvic exam and also the pelvic ultrasound today and its just arrived and boy  am i feeling it.

i just hope the stabbing pain im getting in my side near my hip is from that as well otherwise something else to worry about @Anony18
