Falling apart

Re: Falling apart

thankyou @Sanatorium23 , how is today going Woman Happy

The trouble is my husband is playing yoyo with his meds

when he is taking his full meds all the time ,it is good but he does not like the side affects so he starts going off them without the GP help

after a few days and I start seeing him going back to what he was like , i will say you are cutting back too fast

Hello @dands26, @Faith-and-Hope, @Determined Woman Happy

Re: Falling apart

@dands26 just a quick check in to say hi, trust things are as well as they can be for you...

Re: Falling apart

Good morning @dands26 HeartHeart

Re: Falling apart

Sorry to hear that @Shaz51. Going off because of the side effects is such a constant, but understandable, problem. Going off them quickly is bad as it causes even more side effects. Good luck. This is a problem that has no easy solution. We are off tomorrow to see what else he can take to help the side effects as the main med is helping everything else. New gp was great and told him that once his symptoms were under control that she’d try all other options to help with side effects, without getting rid of what seems to be working.
Let me know how you go.

Re: Falling apart

My darling ran out of one of her meds 4 or 5 days ago, (explains a few things), next pdoc appointment in in another 4 weeks and she was goint to wait till then. Nice one...  Luckily I was able to get an appointment with gp tomorrow as it is usually more than a week wait.  Didnt get to choose which doc is all.

Re: Falling apart

Hi @Determined & @Shaz51
I apologise for my short absence recently.
Mr has been taking my attention.
I hope everybody has had a somewhat okay start to the year.
We are 3 weeks into meds now with mr. They have been yoyoing him so thats whats taken me away.
Otherwise things i think are improving. Even the littlest of things can make all the difference.

Re: Falling apart

How did you go @Sanatorium23 at the Gp xx

we went to the gp yesterday @Sanatorium23, @dands26, @Determined, @Faith-and-Hope , I brought up the thing about the meds in front of the doctor  and Mr shaz said No everything is ok

Re: Falling apart

Good to hear from you @dands26

Trust things continue to improve for you

Re: Falling apart

@Shaz51, it can be hard when that happens, my darling does this also.
