Borderline Personality Disorder

Re: Borderline Personality Disorder

Dear @Amber1

Your story is so close to home for me.

YOu coul'nt have gotten a better place when he is ready to go to Cerenian House.  I live in Perth too.

How are you ? All the self medicating in the drinking.....

And that is all it is. Self medicating.

The most important person in this journey is YOU. It feels overwhelming thinking this and acting on self care.

Would keeping a journal on yourself and your Youngest son be something that you do to keep in recording both of your self care: stuff that makes you happy in this tormultious time?

This has taken me many many years to work all this out and Im always messing up........

Looking forward to reading from you, PP
