Re: Night Shift

@Appleblossom

The work you do when being involved in a Royal Commission is

Hard

Tough

Is frought with past recollections - necessary but not pleasant

And very important

And having written and spoken in public about a Royal Commission myself - Aboriginal Deaths in Custody - it is likely to be the most important thing you will ever do

I pray that all of us can send you some of our strength and somehow be with you in spirit

Re: Night Shift

Hi @Silenus

I feel a bit naughty taking much credit for these VFPIP (Virtual Finger Painting into an Imported Photo) "paintings".  The app I drop them into allows me to "paint" my own choices of colour into the photo, using virtual paintbrushes, markers, pens, nibs, etc, but they stil resemble the original photos quite closely.

The tree, and red rose I posted earlier on this thread are a different story.  They are my paintings, both done in acrylic on paper.

I'm glad you like them though.  The kids and I are highly visual people, and colours and images are an aesthetic we enjoy very much.  Happy to share them around 😊 Please let me know if I'm over-doing it tho.  Might not be everyone's "cup of lemon tea" ...

Hugs are welcome anytime !  Thanx

You were one of the people who responded to my post over in the Carers forum, telling me about your psychodrama experience.  Thank you so much for supporting me the way you have.  I will be thinking of you and sending gentle hugs your way.

Re: Night Shift

Much better tonight thanks @Shaz51

The headache that started on Wednesday evening and went on and off and back again finally left this morning

That's a lot better - We had torrents of rain here in Melbourne yesterday - a most unpleasant day - dark and gloomy

Today the weather was great
