Is there something more you can do to improve your physical health @The-red-centaur ..... even if it’s just a tent-tiny step in the right direction ?  Only answer if you are comfortable to .....

Can you do jigsaw puzzles to help calm your mind ?  I have a puzzle app on my iPad, and it plays calming music as you work on the puzzle. 

There are crossword apps n things available too, probably card games and chess ......

@Faith-and-Hope I've been doing Sudoku, playing freecell and listening to random stuff on spotify.

I'm waiting to see a cardiologist, the only things I can do is not try to get up and stay hydrated.
