will be thinking of you too @Former-Member, how isyour week looking xx

Re: Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

Sounds rough @Shaz51

I hate it when they give you a needle, then another - & still can't get the sample.

That happens to me.

very different and busy day here

we worked for 6 hours for a lady today

then i had to go to the hospital for a blood test for the Iron Specialist , BUT could not get any blood out of me -- have to go back tomorrow

saw the doctor about my pain , It is not my kidney , so I have a CT scan tomorrow to see what it is

Blue care rang me up about mum and me being her carer  and then my dietician rang up

and our customer cut up some pumpkin for us , so that is in the oven , looks like I will be eting it all myself

my Uncle ( second Dad) has to have surgery as the stef infection is inthe valve of his pace maker

Re: Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

Oh my goodness @Shaz51, so much going on. Hope you’re doing some meditations or something. It’s hard not to worry about loved ones and all these alarming health conditions. With blood test, make sure you’re well hydrated and maybe have a bloood pumping walk just before. Helps me as I have hiding veins too. Try not to worry, just pray, what will be will be, and stop taking so much on. Haha, the blind leading the blind here. Is hard. Can hubby take on a little more? I just visited dad - he is ok, managed to get them to give him baked beans with breakfast and an extra egg at night.

Blood tests are done and sent to the Iron specialist

Had a CT Scan yesterday -- have to see the results next week with my GP

got some more blood tests coming up for the kidney specialist -- liver / Kidney / Diabetes blood tests

Yes the nurse said I am better giving blood in the mornings @Faith-and-Hope she still had to encourage it yesterday

Re: Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

Have they installed a VIP lounge for you as yet @Shaz51

Re: Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

Hello @Shaz51 @Former-Member

tagged you Darcy  as enjoyed the VIP comment...

my thoughts were that there should be home consultations..

exhausting times going through it all for you...the positive note is that you are closer to some diagnoses...

hopefully some answers for you and pathways for some peace of mind..Heart
