My Story and where to from here.. (very personal)

Re: My Story and where to from here.. (very personal)

Wish it was raining here haha @Zoe7
Yeah. That sounds like a good thing to do also with the HR Team. I hope that works out. A bit of news will always be helpful.

Indeed @soul
Might get some snaps when I'm down there too

Re: My Story and where to from here.. (very personal)

It is slow going @soul @MDT but hoping to have a better idea of what is going on today. If they haven't rang me by late afternoon then I will have to call them again as I would really like to know what is going on before the weekend gets here. It is very frustrating all this waiting Smiley Frustrated

How are you going @soul?

Re: My Story and where to from here.. (very personal)

I'm pretty good @Zoe7 - lots of changes afoot. Not without their challenges. Shall update my story this weekend.

Re: My Story and where to from here.. (very personal)

Maybe one the hardest things about depression and anxiety is the fact that I can't recognise the achievements and see the progress I have made. The more I try to, the more I see problems. Thats what is making me feel this way. Regardless of how much I've done a 180 spin I still can't seem to feel the achievements or be content with them.

I think maybe it will help to just remind myself that it could be worse. It has been worse. And that things have progressively gotten better over time. I can see that they have and maybe that's all I need. That is enough to get me to the next stage.

I'm at the beech but it isn't doing much for me. I actually feel kinda worse. But I'm also glad to be out of the house. I needed some fresh sea air.

Gonna head back to the flags and go for a quick swim. Pretty cold in coz i dipped my feet in.

Things have been worse.
