Looking after ourselves

Re: Making a commitment to self-care, and keeping it!

Hello @Take_me_as_i_am

My self care for me is to finish my jigsaw puzzle , how about you xx

Re: Making a commitment to self-care, and keeping it!

@Shaz51
Hoping this year to continue to support Mr D in a way that is healthy for both of us (am slowly learning what this means for us) to have a decent health check for myself (have started with my teeth but need a decent GP visit), to catch up with family and friends more and to get our garden in order (I hope I can regain the joy I used to have from it.)

Re: Making a commitment to self-care, and keeping it!

Keep going to yoga classes 2 times each week if possible.
Get massages more often - which I have been doing (because everthing aches).
