B is for- Breathing exercises. A self care activity that can make you feel calmer, more relaxed and grounded.

The only good thing I got goin on. 

Good to cuddle, listen and be with.

Never judges or steals the last ice cream

Is falling apart, - all the years of love

Is fluffy and has a shiny nose
